My husband and I recently purchased a Kia Niro from Shottenkirk Weatherford, and we want to recognize David Garza, his manager Ramon, and Roy in finance for their roles in our experience. One thing that really stood out to both of us was David's knowledge of the inventory on the lot. As we explored and test-drove different makes and models, he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and offered helpful insight into their differences. We found him trustworthy, attentive to our concerns, and respectful of our budget. We never felt that he lost sight of what we were trying to accomplish with our purchase. My first choice was a Honda CR-V Hybrid, which appealed to us because of our family's needs. We wanted a vehicle spacious enough for our grown sons, suitable for travel, and practical as we prepare to welcome a foster toddler into our home. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the CR-V Hybrid within the budget we needed to maintain. However, there was some flexibility with the Kia Niro, which allowed us to find a vehicle that fit our budget and could serve our family's needs. While the Kia wasn't my first choice, we feel good about the practical decision we made, and we appreciate David's help in navigating the options with us. Sometimes buying a vehicle means balancing what you want with what makes the most sense for your circumstances, and we appreciated having someone who understood that. Thank you to David, Ramon, and Roy for assisting us throughout the process. We appreciate the time and effort involved in helping us find a vehicle that works for our needs and budget.
