I was four hours from home when my 4Runner broke down. From the very first phone call they helped me and treated me like I was family. I was surprised at how quickly they helped get the tow truck to me and to the dealership. The service was amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way…. Helped me get to the rental car place and once I was home they kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle. The service i received from the people here…. Well I just can’t say enough how kind and helpful they were, especially Mike. Honestly, this guy is the best person you could ever deal with. 10 stars in my opinion for this dealership

Had a recall on our Toyota Avalon. The appointment was very easy to set up, they got me in the next morning, and it was ready at the time they said it would be ready. Robert worked with us and he was great. The experience was easy and I really like easy.

Everyone was amazing. From the person who greeted me at area where I pulled in with my car to Tim and the staff inside the waiting area. The waiting area itself was unlike any I have ever experienced. The seating was comfortable, lots of plugs for electronics, internet and clean restrooms. From reception to exit, a great experience.
